Around 2002, after my first physical therapy (for low back pain) that lasted about six months, I recognised the need for a comprehensive set of exercises that targeted my entire physiology in the scope of the physiology's direct involvement in physical activity, addressing the entire body as engaged in day to day activities. Books, coaches and personal trainers were unable to prescribe exercises that were appropriate for my person, which necessitated further visits to physical therapists; and the prescriptions of physical therapists was restricted to the injury and to the extent of healing it. In sharp contrast, Dr. Gladson Johnson has created a suite of exercises that systematically address all aspects of a person's physical physiological needs (strength, flexibility, balance, stamina and uniformity), that start at a basic level, and that evolve to higher levels. Since late April 2020, I have been doing his regimen Fitness Foundation 1 and I have been experiencing a sense of physical well-being every day that, surprisingly, continues to increase over time. His regimen can be followed readily at home. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gladson's regimen.
