This Program is for people who have made a decision to get started with fitness. There are 12 Fitness Foundation Courses each requiring 4 to 6 weeks to master followed by which you can move on to Intermediate Fitness

Dr. Gladson and his team of Physiotherapists are a gift to this part of Bangalore. Very knowledgeable in their profession each with atleast a Physio degree and under the careful eyes of Dr. Gladson, who is a triathlete and popular in the running circuit, attend to individual needs. Their motto "Exercise is Medicine" is practiced everyday in their gym. Keep it up!
